On July 8, our company celebrated “25 years with special people”. We decided to mark this special day by inaugurating the new stationery warehouse in Hațeg, which is now the largest in the center and west of the country.
The anniversary event was held under the slogan “gentlemen and ladies serving gentlemen and ladies”.
“Adaconi is a force, because we work together, we have common values and we live our values. We don’t run randomly, but we have a common direction and target. In the language of stationery, pens do not communicate with pens; real relationships are between the people behind the companies. This year we took over a motto of Horst Schulze, former president of the Ritz Carlton Hotels chain: ‘gentlemen and ladies serving gentlemen and ladies’, because we want relationships based on respect towards the companies and people we collaborate with. It is clear that each person has a function, because this is the right way to function as an organization. But, beyond the functions, we want to be gentlemen and ladies who serve you like real gentlemen and ladies” – Mircea Neiconi, general manager of Adaconi.
Our guests were Adaconi employees from the whole country and the company’s most important customers.
One of the most important moments of the event was the inauguration of the new warehouse in Hațeg. With an area of 1,200 square meters, it accommodated approximately 250 guests. The event was organized by Cătălin Chiciudean. After the ribbon cutting, those present witnessed personal presentations by the company’s employees, a moment through which Adaconi emphasized its commitment to authenticity.
In continuation of the artistic moments prepared by the Adaconi team, what Mircea Neiconi called “a speech that captured us” took place. Oana Marinescu, communication expert, present at the event, said:
“I think I’m at the most fascinating leadership event I’ve attended. The most authentic. And I have to give a speech this afternoon, after some people who are putting their lives in the arms of their audience right now. Hard, but beautiful. Thank you, Adaconi, for challenging me to be with you on your 25th anniversary!”
The evening ended in a relaxing setting, outdoors, in the mountains. The music of Cristian Cazacu and his band, the lemonade, the fruits and the barbecues created an atmosphere full of energy. The day ended with a birthday cake and a bonfire, around which PEOPLE gathered: family members, friends, colleagues and business partners.
