This year, Adaconi has invested in a different way, so instead of gifts, flowers and chocolate, we invited our employees to be part of a life-giving action.
The budget allocated to the 3,500 ladies and gentlemen who sell DACO products or are partners in one way or another with Adaconi, was tripled, reaching the amount of 10,000 euros and sent to the first Pediatric Oncology and Radiology Hospital in Romania.
The campaign took place in the first week of March, and as a symbol, the ladies wore during this period a badge inscribed with the message “My March saves lives”. They thus became, together with the company, founders of the hospital unit built in Bucharest, by Donate Life Association.
“I tend to say that for the company I’ve run for almost 30 years, values are very important and that we are willing to give up profit, maybe even the business, but not them. For us, integrity, excellence and respect are what guide us on our way, and I like to think that the wonderful people we interact with understand exactly and live them with us. This idea, to replace the sloppiness with a good deed, a gesture that can help a noble cause, made by the people for the people, is fully in line with our credo, and when we heard about the campaign Donate Life Association, I could not remain indifferent.
